Terms and Conditions for Max Health

Promotion Offer Limit:

Each individual is entitled to only one promotional offer. Any attempts to redeem additional promotional offers may result in the forfeiture of such offers. If you choose to make additional purchases beyond the initial promotional offer, a 5% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover transaction costs associated with processing. This deduction is non-negotiable and will be automatically applied to any refunds issued under these circumstances.


Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Because these appointments are limited and in high demand, please note: Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Should you need to reschedule an appointment prior to the 48-hour window, please give our office a call at 256-212-0937.


Late Arrival Policy:

Punctuality is important to ensure that all appointments run smoothly and on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to another available day and time. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please understand that this may not always be possible due to our scheduling constraints. No refunds will be provided for appointments rescheduled due to late arrival, and any rescheduling will be subject to availability.
